Glowing Skin Detox Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of coconut water (hydrating and electrolyte-rich)
  • 1/2 cup of cucumber (high water content and antioxidants)
  • 1/2 cup of spinach (rich in vitamins and minerals)
  • 1/2 avocado (healthy fats for skin hydration)
  • 1/2 cup of berries (blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries for antioxidants)
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds (omega-3 fatty acids and fiber)
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger (anti-inflammatory)
  • Juice of 1 lemon (vitamin C for collagen production)

Instructions:

  1. Wash all the fruits and vegetables thoroughly. (We recommend is Apple Cider Vinegar & alkaline water!)
  2. Peel and chop the cucumber and avocado.
  3. Combine the coconut water, cucumber, spinach, avocado, berries, chia seeds, ginger, and lemon juice in a blender.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add more coconut water or regular water to achieve your desired consistency.
  5. Taste and adjust the flavor by adding more lemon juice or a touch of natural sweetener like honey or maple syrup if needed.
  6. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately to reap the maximum benefits of the fresh ingredients.
